材料只有:麵粉、水、鹽、酸種,

看似簡單的原料,卻是經歷多次比例調整——烘烤、發酵、控溫,才達到我們最滿意的味道 ♥︎


▪︎ 助於吸收礦物營養素

酸種麵包需要「長時間」低溫發酵,在過程中產生大量的乳酸菌,更易幫助體內吸收礦物質。

長時間發酵也是酸種麵包獨特氣味的關鍵唷!


▍成分:
自養野生酵母種(紫葡萄)/全麥粉/麵粉//海鹽

保存建議:

常溫至少可以保存2天。(未切開狀態較佳)

冷凍可保存至少2週~1個月,視各家冷凍恆溫而定。
